Vets-clergy hold conference
NASHVILLE - Veteran Affairs Tennessee Valley Healthcare System and Middle Tennessee clergy members will hold a conference from 9:30 a.m. until noon, Wednesday at the VATVHS Nashville campus chapel where officials from local churches will have the chance to learn resources available to veterans in their congregations who are returning from Iraq and Afghanistan.
As many as 50 clergy are expected to attend the conference hosted by VATVHS’s Chaplain Service at its Nashville Campus adjacent to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
