Family wins pony at Sheriff’s Rodeo
COLUMBIA - At some point in every child’s life, they dream of owning something most families couldn’t afford, but each year the Sheriff’s Rodeo grants one child their wish in the form of a new pony.
During intermission each night at the annual rodeo, one young steed is given away to a lucky contestant through a random-ticket drawing.
