Local furniture maker shows work at State Museum
COLUMBIA - Mark Dillon has been accepted into this year’s touring exhibition sponsored by the Cumberland Furniture Guild with his work titled “Scalloped Bench.”
The jurors selected 33 pieces which will be on display at the Tennessee State Museum beginning today and continuing through the end of August. From there, the exhibition will travel to a number of other venues throughout the state, culminating in an exhibit at the Knoxville Museum of Art from April-August, 2009.
