Board rubber stamps firing
A Maury County magistrate could be out of a job because of a reason that has not been divulged by officials.
The Maury County Commission Administration Committee voted unanimously Thursday not to reappoint David Potts as judicial commissioner. That vote was taken after a panel of three judges recommended not reappointing Potts.
