M.E. testifies in bondage hearing

A medical examiner in General Sessions Court at the Maury County Courthouse Monday presented three possible factors contributing to a man’s death that occurred during a bondage sex game.
Dr. Thomas Deering, of the Medical Examiner’s Office in Nashville, said two factors led to the suffocation of James Bargy after being tied up by his wife, Rebecca Bargy.
One factor was James Bargy couldn’t breathe because of the ball gag in his mouth.
